The house, built in 2015, offers a beautiful holiday apartment on the upper floor with a great view and its own large roof terrace. The apartment can accommodate two to four people. Perfect for a holiday in the beautiful Sauerland.

For hiking enthusiasts, the next hiking route is not far away. You can start right from home.

If you fancy cycling , you will find a lot of information about the nearby family-friendly cycling tours in our holiday apartment. If you like things a bit wilder, you can also get your money's worth on a mountain bike :-)

Neighbouring Schmallenberg, with its lovely little shops and the FALKE factory outlet, makes you want to go for a stroll .

Adjacent reservoirs or outdoor pools offer the perfect opportunity to swim and soak up the sun. In winter there is a beautiful indoor pool with sauna, about 5 minutes away by car.

You can also go skiing here, the nearest ski slopes are very close by. Numerous ski areas await you for alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and snowboarding.
